"Who sees what?"
Have your say at "Who sees what?", the electronic Patient's records Public Affairs meeting at the Goodwill Hall, Faddiley, Nantwich CW5 8HY on Thursday 11th February 2010 1.30 - 4.00 p.m.
"Who sees what?" is a project to help people from all over the UK learn about, discuss and decide the way the NHS uses patients' records. The new system of electronic patient records is set for dramatic changes over the next few years as part of a massive IT programme and has the potential both to transform the relationship between patients and the NHS and to deliver real improvements in healthcare. It also opens up new risks to patient privacy. "Who see what?" provides a forum for members of the public to find out more about the new systems. The project enables people to discuss the proposals in small groups and to feed back their ideas and concerns to policy makers in government. The meeting will be led by Cliodhna Mulhern from Flowstone Consultancy. Cliodhna Mulhern is an experienced facilitator, specialising in large group dialogues. If you wish to attend, contact WI House on 01244 347462 or email Carolyn Wilde, Chairman, Public Affairs Sub Committee on cmwilde@btinternet.com
